About the Story
In the world of Vaelthera, ancient promises are beginning to break.
For generations, the people of the five kingdoms have lived beneath the protection of legendary Elder Dragons, unaware that a forgotten sixth Dragon Aurelios, the Dragon of Renewal was sealed away long ago after humanity failed to protect the world it had been entrusted with. Now, as the lands begin to decay and the ancient Seal weakens, Aurelios awakens to finish what he once began: renew Vaelthera, even if civilization must be destroyed in the process.

With the world slipping out of balance, the mysterious Elder Flame chooses five ordinary people Drago, Syra, Dren, Mira, and Shade each embodying an ancient virtue of Courage, Freedom, Wisdom, Compassion, and Truth. Summoned to the great capital of Aetherfall, they soon discover that their destiny is greater than fighting a war. They must restore the corrupted Elder Dragons, heal the dying lands, uncover a history the world has forgotten, and prove that humanity is still capable of becoming something worth saving.
